Job Description

Bimeh Bazar started its journey in [2016] with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at BimeBazar collaborates with management on HR issues, aligning business objectives with employee needs. The HRBP provides guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation, while also serving as a strategic partner to executives in developing HR initiatives that support business success.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to achieve those objectives.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve conflicts or concerns.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate the delivery of learning programs.
  • Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices and benefits offerings.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into HR initiatives.
