At Asan Pardakht, we are revolutionizing the digital landscape with our cutting-edge payment application and super app. We provide an all-in-one solution that simplifies everyday transactions and connects users with essential services. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our marketing initiatives and help drive growth, retention, and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development & Management:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display and ad-network advertising, and app-based campaigns.
- Manage user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for our payment application and super app services.
- Collaborate with Business, creative, and design teams to create and optimize high-converting campaigns that align with our brand and user experience.
- Leverage influencer marketing as part of the campaign strategy to boost brand awareness and user acquisition across relevant platforms.
- Lead lead-generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads and grow the customer base.
- Implement gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and improve retention through interactive and rewarding experiences.
2. Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CRO, CPC, CPA, CPI, ROAS, and LTV to optimize campaigns.
- Use tools like AppMetrica, WebEngage, Metrix, InTrack, Insider, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to track performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize user journeys and touchpoints for better engagement and retention.
3. Budget & Resource Allocation:
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets across various campaigns to maximize ROI for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Report on spending, performance goals, and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, content, design, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and enhance the user experience.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to extend the reach and impact of campaigns.
- Provide leadership with detailed performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Innovation & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing, mobile app marketing, and influencer strategies.
- Apply best practices in performance marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative, efficient, and impactful.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing for mobile apps and multi-service platforms.
- Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, WebEngage, AppMetrica, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
Educational Background:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required. What's most important is your proven experience in digital marketing
