Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement industrial automation projects required for connecting meters, sensors, and actuators to the system.
• Manage and participate in the deployment of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) in the building sector and Energy Management Systems (EMS) in the industrial sector.
• Supervise project execution, coordinate with technical teams, conduct site visits, collect data, and develop project structures.
• Develop, analyze, and present relevant reports, including project progress reports, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and select appropriate equipment, including sensors, actuators, and measurement systems.
• Study technical documents, standards, and equipment catalogs in English.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and collaborate with the sales team.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Implement quality control processes for both software and hardware.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of industrial automation.
• Proficiency in energy management concepts and smart energy management systems (BEMS & EMS).
• Familiarity with measurement equipment, sensors, and actuators and the ability to assess their performance.
• Strong English proficiency (ability to review technical documents and catalogs).
• Ability to lead teams, plan, solve problems, and work with project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies in the energy sector.
• Strong customer relations and stakeholder negotiation skills.
