Jira Administrator

Job Description:

• Administration and daily management of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Configuring and maintaining Jira workflows, permissions, custom fields, and issue types.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues and user requests.
• Collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements and implementing solutions in Jira to enhance productivity.
• Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within Jira.
• Implementing integrations with other tools and systems used within the company.
• Monitoring Jira performance and usage to ensure optimal performance and making recommendations for improvements.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards, filters, and reports tailored to different team needs.
• Documenting processes and best practices related to Jira administration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, with in-depth knowledge of Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Experience in configuring and managing Jira workflows, schemes, and custom fields.
• Strong knowledge of Jira integrations with other tools.
• Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into Jira configurations.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
