As a Senior Product Manager, Product Lead at Bime Bazar, you will be a critical leader responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and growth of a significant product area within our portfolio. You will lead a team of product managers, setting the vision, roadmap, and strategy while directly contributing to the product's success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional execution, and the ability to influence and inspire teams across the organization. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and be comfortable making critical decisions with limited data. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area. This includes conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and identifying significant opportunities for growth and innovation. You will present your vision and strategy to senior leadership and gain buy-in.
• Lead the execution of the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help your team members succeed and grow their skills. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Develop and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product development. You will be comfortable working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
• Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and challenges to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing and operation. You will build strong relationships and influence decisions across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with related teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Champion the voice of the customer, actively seeking user feedback and incorporating it into the product development process. Conduct and analyze user research to inform product decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within your team. Encourage the exploration of new ideas and technologies to drive product improvements.

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of Product Managers. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with user research methodologies and customer feedback analysis. Proficiency in A/B testing and experimental design.
