We are seeking a Campaign Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital and particularly on social media platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaign partnerships.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, paid media, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to develop compelling campaign assets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Research market trends and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies.
Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
At least experience in campaign management.
Proven experience in managing social media campaigns
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Excel, Google Analytics and social media analysis.
