Job Description
Job Description The key Responsibilities :
Implement budgets and detailed planning in the system, in line with the business strategy.
Cascade the budget process: ensure project reviews and assist the operational managers in consolidating the different forecasts and coordinate budget controls.
Implement 3-month budget forecasts.
Plan Business Unit/project costs on periodic level for the entire duration of the project in the system in line with project cost management guidelines.
Controlling and approving the operation expenses documents in daily basis and aligning with the Budget control procedures.
Creating new WBSs in Analytic Accounts Chart via ERP Tools
Checking and Approving issued RFCs from Project Side and Enterprise
Allocating Planned Budget of Projects via ERP tools, accordance to the Approved Cost Estimation
Checking and Approving issued PORs from Project side
Checking and Issuing Monthly External Staffs Salary PORs with SOW
Assign project Budget based on project structure
Supports the budget & cost control TL in overall deployment and maintenance of progress tracking processes and tools
Create (Product, Site Id, WP, Access to project…) in ERP Tools
Preparing reports of cost related performance indicators
Preparing routine & requested reports
