About the role:

As our Employer Branding Specialist, you’ll shape how the world sees us as a place to work. Partnering with HR, marketing, and our leadership team, you’ll build a strong employer brand that reflects our culture and values, attracting top talent and keeping our team inspired.

What You’ll Do:

 • Develop and implement a strategy to establish Khodro45 as a leading employer in Iran’s tech and automotive sectors.

 • Produce compelling content—think blog posts, social media updates —that highlights our team and what sets us apart.

 • Oversee our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and local job boards to reach talented candidates.

 • Work with marketing to ensure our employer brand aligns with the innovative image we project to customers.

 • Coordinate internal efforts, like events or recognition programs, to boost team morale and pride.

 • Track results with metrics like application rates or employee feedback, refining your approach as you go.

 • Stay informed on employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who We’re Looking For:

 • You bring 1+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field—preferably in tech or automotive.

 • You’re a skilled communicator with a flair for creating content that resonates.

 • You’re comfortable with social media and digital tools (bonus points for design or analytics experience).

 • You’re organized, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 • You care deeply about fostering a workplace where people feel valued and motivated.
