Key Responsibilities
- Identifying patterns and trends in customer behavior to understand why customers leave and predict potential churn
- Implementing proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
- Building strong relationships with high-value customers and addressing their concerns to prevent churn.
- Tracking key performance indicators like churn rate, customer lifetime value, and customer satisfaction to evaluate the effectiveness of retention efforts
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in email retention marketing, customer engagement, and/or loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with hosting concepts, and a passion for understanding the needs of customers in the hosting industry.
