Job Brief
We are looking for an OKR specialist to join our Operations department and help us implement and monitor the OKR framework across different teams. You will be responsible for driving the knowledge and adoption of OKRs, facilitating the creation and alignment of objectives, and tracking the progress and results of key initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Coaching and mentoring OKR owners and contributors on how to define, align, and execute OKRs effectively
- Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams to guide the creation of well-crafted OKRs that are aligned with the Operations strategy and the company vision
- Collaborating and coordinating with other OKR specialists across the company to ensure consistency and alignment of OKRs
- Evaluating and improving the OKR process and tools based on feedback and best practices
- Develop and implement a communication and training plan for OKRs across the Operations department and the company
- Track and report on the progress and results of OKRs using data and metrics
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to OKRs
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration around OKRs
Job requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- A certification or proven experience in OKR methodology
- A solid understanding of OKR best practices, tools, and frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different levels, functions, and locations
- Experience in ecommerce or operations is a plus
