Senior Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational standards, learning management systems, and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training needs analysis and planning

2. Design and development of training programs

3. Implementation of training and facilitation of learning

4. Evaluation and optimization of training effectiveness

5. Interdepartmental collaboration and change management

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate training.

Maximum 30 years old.

Proficient in educational standards (ISO 10015).

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Training Management Systems (TMS).

Expertise in educational needs assessment and evaluation methods.

Knowledge of educational content production processes.

Strong leadership and team support skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
