Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Last-Mile Specialist to join our logistics team. The Last-Mile Specialist will be responsible for tracking and managing orders in cities, key account stores, and various locations, ensuring optimal performance, timing, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and have a creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Your mission will be to drive cost reduction and enhance service levels through innovative solutions and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- This position involves shift-based work, with several working days per week scheduled from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Analyze performance metrics, including timings, costs, and other logistics KPIs.
- Develop and implement process modifications and optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain charts and reports to visualize performance data.
- Monitor and control service levels, focusing on cost savings and service level traction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Evaluate order data to identify trends, improve segmentation, and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present data analysis reports and action plans based on needs.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
- Ability to create and interpret charts and performance metrics.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Metabase, BI Microsoft, and similar tools.
