The People Analytics Supervisor is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting employee data to identify trends and insights, and for communicating these insights to stakeholders within HR and across the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of employee data to identify trends and insights.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to understand business problem, context, audience and their reporting vision and translate into actionable metrics and insight.
· Translate talent and business issues into questions and hypotheses that can be tested with data
· Conduct in-depth data analysis and modelling and Build and deliver descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive reporting which provide insights and inform talent decisions, improve HR processes, and promote positive employee experience
· Communicate data, analytics opportunities, and insights and bringing them to life in a clear and compelling way that business stakeholders can understand and engage with
· Developing a People Data Governance model that supports our drive for robust data quality and ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security.
· Identify opportunities to scale for repeatable business questions through frameworks and dashboards
· Manage the process of gathering HR budget requirements from HR teams and forecasting HR Staff cost based on annual HR strategies and business plan and submit the consolidated HR Budget report to Finance in an annual/quarterly basis.
· Collaborate across teams and organizational levels to implement solutions that have a measurable business impact
· Perform data driven experiments and operate in an agile environment
· Respond to various customer requests and queries, and Develop complex reporting on request
· Assess data sources and technologies available to address business problems.
· Working closely with colleagues in HR Platforms team and Technology department to influence and shape data requirements for HR, and the underlying data systems and structures.
