Responsibilities:

• Understand the user needs and implement them in your designs
• Create documentation (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, etc.) to help facilitate the design process.
• Periodic interviews with stakeholders and product managers to better understand the business logics and requirements.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to improve the design of Udacity
• Concept, design and create great web and mobile-web experiences for external and internal audiences
• Work on design projects from conception to production as an individual or collaboratively for larger projects
• Utilize data and research to inform design thinking
• Develop design solutions consistent with brand standards and style guides
• Communicate effectively through writing, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Multi-task and prioritize activities for quick execution of critical path work items

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time, on-site product design experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce.
• Must provide a live portfolio showcasing e-commerce and management dashboards, prepared to present these during the interview.
