To generate and advise the best-suited talent sourcing strategies that suit the overall strategies and plan of the company.
To manage workforce-related advice related to workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and the rest of HR processes.
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition (TA) process for Irancell Labs, including talent sourcing, interviewing, making a salary offer, and sealing the deal.
To manage the training needs assessment for all employees at the strategic and individual levels.
To support the design, implementation, and delivery of Learning Development's overall strategy.
To manage the Performance Management process and make sure that the program runs efficiently.
To cooperate with the Irancell C&B team in the development and modification of the company's Compensation and Benefit strategy.
To liaise and collaborate with HRBPs and talent acquisition teams in salary offer meetings.
To manage providing a centralized operational client service to all employees.
