Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To generate and advise the best-suited talent sourcing strategies that suit the overall strategies and plan of the company.
  • To manage workforce-related advice related to workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and the rest of HR processes. 
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition (TA) process for Irancell Labs, including talent sourcing, interviewing, making a salary offer, and sealing the deal. 
  • To manage the training needs assessment for all employees at the strategic and individual levels.
  • To support the design, implementation, and delivery of Learning Development's overall strategy.
  • To manage the Performance Management process and make sure that the program runs efficiently.
  • To cooperate with the Irancell C&B team in the development and modification of the company's Compensation and Benefit strategy.
  • To liaise and collaborate with HRBPs and talent acquisition teams in salary offer meetings.
  • To manage providing a centralized operational client service to all employees.
