Responsibilities:
Drive user growth and increase awareness of all BitPin products through creative, data-driven, and highly strategic marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, and manage full-funnel online campaigns—including gamification programs, performance marketing initiatives, and community-driven activities—to acquire, engage, and retain users.
Deeply understand BitPin's ecosystem, user personas, and product offerings to shape campaigns that align with business goals and user needs.
Launch and scale game-based campaigns tailored to the crypto space and local audience behaviors.
Lead cross-channel strategy development in collaboration with product, content, performance, and creative teams to ensure high-impact execution.
Manage campaign budgets exceeding 10 billion IRR, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI-focused spend.
Proactively identify and close strategic partnerships with startups and aligned companies to enhance growth through co-branded campaigns and partner programs.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical, business, and product teams.
Stay on top of crypto, blockchain, and fintech marketing trends and bring forward fresh creative ideas to increase BitPin’s market share and visibility.
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas to continuously improve campaign creativity and user resonance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital campaign management, or user acquisition—preferably in crypto, gaming, tech, or e-commerce industries.
Strong knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem.
Proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns (10B+ IRR) with measurable performance results.
Track record of launching creative gamification campaigns and successfully engaging mass-market users.
Excellent soft skills with the ability to negotiate and align with cross-functional teams effectively.
Experience in partnership marketing: initiating, negotiating, and executing collaboration deals with other startups or businesses.
A strategic mindset paired with high creativity in campaign ideation and execution.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
