Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team of 6 to 8 members across various marketing disciplines.
  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and brand campaigns across web and app platforms.
  • Design and implement full-funnel digital campaigns with a focus on social media, user engagement, mobile app installs (CPI), and brand awareness.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance across all paid and organic channels, with clear metrics including impressions, CTR, CVR, and cost per install (CPI).
  • Drive strategic alignment with product managers to co-create campaign journeys that are both user-centric and conversion-focused.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, performance, and design teams to execute campaigns that reflect BitPin's brand and product strengths.
  • Actively engage with ad agencies, influencer networks, and advertising platforms to launch multi-channel (online/offline) co-branded and performance-based campaigns.
  • Define, document, and continuously refine user personas to ensure hyper-targeted campaign design and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of crypto market trends and user behavior to align marketing strategies with evolving user expectations and product features.
  • Own the digital marketing budget and forecast ROI on a campaign basis, ensuring efficiency and maximum return on marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with partner companies and negotiate strategic co-marketing initiatives to broaden reach and drive shared value.
  • Establish and maintain marketing dashboards, generating regular reports and actionable insights for executive and cross-team visibility.
  • Hire, onboard, and nurture talent within the marketing team to ensure ongoing innovation, agility, and goal alignment.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven hands-on expertise in high-performance environments, preferably in the fintech, crypto, or financial sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale digital campaigns across paid social, search, display, app installs, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto market, Web3 culture, and the behavior of retail investors and traders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and experience in running campaigns that target different customer personas.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams toward campaign success and growth goals.
  • Proficient in campaign budgeting and performance analysis (from impression to install) with tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
  • Strong negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with product managers and external vendors.
  • Hands-on experience working with advertising networks, marketing agencies, and offline campaign planning.
  • Strong recruiting and team-building skills, with a knack for identifying top marketing talent.
  • Excellent communication in both Farsi and English, with strong documentation skills for persona building and campaign planning.
