As an Administrative Clerk, you will maintain complete and accurate logs to track information. To help achieve our mission, you will maintain complete and accurate files of records, documents and correspondences. Operating copier and fax equipment to support department operations is of vital importance. Performing other clerical tasks as assigned to support department operations will be an essential function of your role.
Job Responsibilities
Creates new files as needed that are consistent with existing alphabetical or numerical systems.
Transfers files to storage or removes files for destruction in accordance with file retention policies and procedures.
Produces copies and sends/receives faxes as needed.
Performs basic equipment maintenance.
Maintains adequate supplies of paper, toner and related materials.
Calls for equipment maintenance and service as needed.
Delivers and picks up interoffice and external mail from mail room and/or other departments.
May answer telephones, take messages and enter data into an existing database.
