• To develop and maintain a relationship with external agents that employ any form of MTNIrancell’s Corporate Identity (Printing agents, web developers, etc.) to process-related requirements
• To create high quality and innovative designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on aesthetic design concepts & company standards using industry trend computer software
• To participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
o determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type
• To develop graphics and layouts for announcements, posters, rollups, and other communication channels or digital portals, including digital signage, HR social medias
• To review publications and prints designed for HR communication and ensure logo, color, and font consistency (of, e.g., Calendars, training/conference materials, online materials of HR social platforms, etc.) are aligned to CI guidelines
• To serve as an in-house consultant and design expert to HR on the most effective use of the design themes in propagating HR Communication
• To confer with the customer to discuss and determine whether design specifications are in line with CI guide & MTNIrancell standards
• To review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed, both technically & conceptually
• To maintain proper archives of images, photos, announcements, newsletters, or any other previous work products for further usage and reviews
• To support designing and proposing graphical arts to other units within HR, based on requests
• To prepare the titles and labels needed for different projects and HR Communications such as web recruitment ads, gift cards, and HR broadcasts
• To employ graphic software and devices to prepare highly engaging animations, Motion graphics, and videos for HR communications based on requests
• To act as a support coordinator for various HR communication and events plans to ensure plans are appropriately fulfilled in conjunction with other HR departments and other role-players outside of HR review and control ordered communications materials of third parties/vendors to ensure delivery as per plan
• To act as campaign coordinator of HR communication audio-visual content, including video making, photography, podcast content, etc.
• To research about contemporary trends in production design, and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work.
• To determine and consult with requesters on how to represent a concept visually and which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
• To create highly engaging complex animations for various media platforms
