Key Account Operation Agent

- Establish effective relationships with other Operational teams.
- Establish effective relationships with Mobile sellers to solve their operational problems.
- Provide regular daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Regular implementation of weekly routine activities and processes and measuring the results of the actions taken
- Collect and provide Mo sellers information including “return reason, registration codes, cancelation list, dead stock list…

Requirements:·      
. Self-motivated, fast learner, hard worker, result-oriented, and flexible.
· Being able to work under pressure.
· Basic knowledge about the Microsoft Office software in particular Excel
· Time management capability 
· Problem-solving capability
