· To serve as an internal customer interface and change agent on all Organization Design and Architecture issues/inquiries
· To act in an advisory capacity to line management and top-level management team with respect to OA
· To design and maintain job profiles of the organization for related divisions
· To actively research and propose also initiate change structures by conferring with HRBPs and business
· To facilitate and coordinate job competency profiling for the organization
· To ensure the efficiency of HC budget & compliancy with structure
· To maintain, improve and also update various HR Organization Architecture dashboards, HR ERP, including (Organization Units, Positions, Jobs) and other relevant databases
· To facilitate the change management process for all organizational structure changes.
· To evaluate MTNIrancell jobs based on various job evaluation methods
· To research and keep updated MTNIrancell Job Based competency framework to provide input for Business Partner and Talent Transformation team in designing competency based interview and various training
· To facilitate the evaluation process based on the Grading methodology of the company, also research the latest best practices
· To facilitate and deliver the workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning
· To support businesses in determining headcount forecasts align with their requirements and control actual headcount vs. budget. as per the assigned division
· To evaluate each job criticality and drive the process to maintain a reliable database
· competencies.
· To develop methodology also deliver the analysis on the success rate of organizational change structures.
· To initiate and analyze company HC and provide various analytical reports on HC efficiency of MTNIrancell.
· To collaborate with human resources functions to support them in achieving their objectives and contribution to cross-functional team activities.
· To categorize and provide MTNIrancell Job Families and ensure an integrated approach exists throughout company job families
To design and provide a career path based on company job families and provide related competencies to council and advice line managers and individuals on career opportunities within MTNIRANCELL
