Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business unit managers and HRBPs in Identifying, designing and preparing organization and business units’ structure, flows, processes, procedures and job profiles and keep them update.
- Facilitate change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
- Analyze, Facilitate and support changes in business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and Coordinate organization and structure design initiatives.
- Consult with management in collaboration with HRBP and provide advisory services on performance, organizational, leadership and other HRD cases.
- Involve and execute L&D full process cycle both planned and ad-hoc requests from need assessment to evaluate effectiveness of program in all levels and continually search for best practices to apply the customized version in current processes.
- Document and record the training history of all employees aiming to use in planning further training programs and other HRD processes like talent management and career path or succession management.
- Assist line manager to prepare and implement HRD required budget plan; maintain records and report of expenses.
- Utilizes leadership development strategies, succession planning, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies.
- To facilitate and deliver workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning.
- facilitate and coordinate job competency profiling for the organization.
- Have active collaboration in Assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs and challenges that impact effectiveness in order to prioritize HRD Projects.
- Execute and implement Job evaluation and designing pay structure in order to improve the company compensation system and develop a basis for career path development and succession planning.
- To implement end-to-end employee performance management process as a part of the Talent Management process
Experience:
- At least two years of HR experience as Human resource Development/ Organizational Development or other related field
- Experience in E-Commerce industry is a plus
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skill, Ability):
- Familiar with developing organizational strategies, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Familiar with business processes, operations, models and structure
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR theories and processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills about HRD and OD and L&D solutions and processes
- Knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
- Advance level of English proficiency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and google tools especially expert in using Excel and google sheet.
- Excellent level of business correspondence skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Familiar with LMS and E- Learning platforms
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects efficiently
- Ability to accurately and efficiently manipulate information using a database system
