The Role
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Calendar Management
- Receiving and preparing daily mailing.
- Updating internal database as directed.
- Maintain client information and updating of detail in our databases
- Manage and develop strong relationships with clients
- Word processing tasks such as drafting letters and reports.
- General office assistance and customer service duties as required
Essential Attributes for the role
- Previous administrative and customer service experience.
- Attention to details
- Friendly and courteous phone manner.
- Well organised with good time management skills.
- Word processing.
- Contributions to team environment.
- Knowledge and proven industry experience covering, customer service, administration, client retention, phone, and email communication.
Visual Approvals or similar database (desirable but not essential, training will be provided).
- design industry background (desirable but not essential)
