Job Description

Join BitPin as a talented and driven Software Engineer to help our growing engineering team. As part of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you’ll contribute to building robust systems, optimizing performance, and helping design solutions that align with product goals. You'll work on complex, high-impact problems and play a key role in the evolution of our platform.

Responsibilities

Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code following industry and company best practices.
Design reliable software solutions based on product requirements.
Review code and software designs from peers, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
Participate in on-call rotations and assist with triaging and resolving production issues.
Identify and fix system bugs and flaws based on priority and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including engineers, product managers, designers, and operations - to deliver successful products.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with web services and backend technologies and frameworks, including Django.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
Committed to writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Eager to grow, learn, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in crypto and blockchain technologies or financial services.
