Job Description

Join BitPin to help build scalable, efficient, and developer-friendly web experiences for our cryptocurrency exchange platform, which serves millions of users. You'll work at the intersection of product development and infrastructure, creating solutions that enable cross-functional product teams to ship features faster, safer, and with higher confidence.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize high-performance, responsive frontend components and applications using modern React patterns and approaches.
Collaborate with product engineers, designers, and backend teams to implement complex user interfaces and interactions.
Create and maintain technical documentation following our "treat documentation as code" principles.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in rendering, state management, and network operations.
Apply Google engineering practices including rigorous code reviews, and actively collaborate across teams to maintain code quality and mentor engineers.
Implement and contribute to reusable component libraries that maintain consistency across the platform.
Support the transition toward more scalable frontend architectures.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with modern frontend development frameworks.
Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals.
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) patterns and TypeScript.
Familiarity with modern frontend build systems and toolchains (Vite, etc.).
Experience designing and implementing robust client-side architecture for large-scale applications with attention to architectural metrics and NFR requirements.
Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex frontend issues across browser environments.
Understanding of accessibility standards and implementation methods.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with frontend infrastructure engineering or platform development.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency or fintech domain challenges.
