Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our online language learning platform. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing activities, including strategy development and execution, marketing automation, social media management, performance marketing, campaign management, acquisition and retention programs, referral programs, and marketing funnel optimization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, execution, marketing automation, and product background.

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the language learning industry.
Create digital marketing plans that encompass both the supply (teachers) and demand (students) sides.
Define target audience personas and develop tailored digital marketing campaigns.

Marketing Automation:
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
Track and analyze customer behaviors and interactions to drive personalized marketing efforts.
Monitor and optimize marketing automation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Marketing and Campaign Management:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Collaborate with creative teams in designing effective digital marketing materials.

Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain social media accounts to build brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty.
Monitor social media trends and platforms, ensuring a consistent and relevant presence.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback.

Acquisition and Retention Programs:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new users and retain existing ones.
Create referral programs to drive user growth through word-of-mouth.
Track and analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates, customer retention costs (CRC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Optimize user onboarding processes and customer journey to improve retention.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

Leadership and People Management:
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide mentoring.

Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Strong knowledge and experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Experience in performance marketing, campaign management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Understanding of acquisition and retention strategies, referral programs, and marketing funnel optimization.
Knowledge of customer retention costs (CRC) and customer lifetime value (CLV) calculations.
Product background or experience working closely with product teams.
Excellent leadership, project management, and people management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the language learning industry market (preferred).
Teaching knowledge or language learning industry experience (a plus).
