We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, specifically focusing on the creation and selling of unique designs on various merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, and notebooks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.


Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, related to the designing,creation and selling of unique designs on merchandise.
• Collaborate closely with designers, Marketers, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of design projects and product manufacturing.
• Create detailed project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, keeping in mind the unique printing requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, printers, and marketers, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful product launches.
• Act as a point of contact between team members, business owner, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in product development/management, specifically with experience in merchandise.
• Experience in managing online shops or production processes, specifically related to printed merchandise, is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient knowledge in using project management tools/software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels is preferred.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and understanding of the printing process for merchandise.
