Job Description
We're looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Product designer who is knowledgeable in UX/UI Web to help us create useful and beautiful products.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly on the interface and experience design of our products.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other assets to help facilitate the design process.

• Create prototypes to user test and validate assumptions.
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers.
• Design clean and unique user interfaces to mirror UX requirements and compliment brand/product identity.
• Collaborate with product managers and software engineers on problem-solving and delivering solutions.
• Work with front-end engineering to deliver your designs to users of high quality.
• Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX.
• Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Build empathy and understanding of our users and how to empower them.
• Become an expert and set design vision for modern enterprise apps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Mastering wireframing and Lo-fi, Hi-fi, and Interactive prototypes in Figma
• Experience and Proficiency in Responsive UI design
• Ability to provide high-fidelity output in compliance with UX rules, Usability, and Accessibility standards
• Familiarity with new UI design trends and design guidelines, especially Material Design
• Familiarity with Design Systems and how to create, maintain and use one in UI design
• Ability to prepare User Flow, Persona, User Journey Map
• Expert in visual design with proficiency in typography, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense
• Ability to understand business requirements and user needs and transform them into functional design proposals
• Passionate about learning and growth in the Product Design field
• The ability to perform User Research, Competitive Analysis and experience participating in User Interviews, Usability tests, and Focus Group sessions and gathering feedback is an advantage.
• Having a great sense of empathy that allows you to make user-centric decisions
• Having critical problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to communicate effectively with the team members
• Having skills in vector illustration and pixel-perfect icon design is a plus.
• Experience with creating motion graphics for UI (with Adobe After Effects and ProtoPie) and delivering JSON files is a plus.
• Having a strong portfolio featuring examples of product design work is a MUST.
