Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our fitness platforms, apps, and websites. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of artistic, design, and technical skills to the role and will have a passion for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. Prior experience in the fitness industry and a deep understanding of its unique user experience requirements is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our fitness platforms, apps, and websites, ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and iterate on design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
• Implement and guide UX/UI best practices and standards across all our digital platforms.
• Mentor and support junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in UX/UI design, preferably with some experience in the fitness or related industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, or similar is a must.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
