Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader, guiding the team towards improving the way they work.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and principles.

Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development team to prioritize backlog items and plan iterations.

Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress.

Monitor and report key metrics to identify process improvements.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.

Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing stakeholder expectations.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Knowledge of software development processes and life cycle.
