This person must be always looking for useful data to gather from the market, audiences, and customers, so after analyzing those data she/he should present information and reports that could help managers to make decisions.
• Collecting and analyzing market data, audiences, and customers such as population, wants, needs, hobbies, and shopping behavior that can influence marketing decisions
• Present reports of analytic results and documents
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and their comments
• Forecast market trends
•Legislating and executing the marketing process, and loyalty system.
• Analyzing customers' data and coming up with new solutions to improve the performance of our system.
• Accomplishing marketing researches and checking the feasibility of programs.
• Setting up meetings with customers in order to find their requirements, train them, and prepare minutes of the meetings and follow up the results.
• Interacting with customers and providing training programs for them.
• Presenting various types of improvement, operation, and monitoring and evaluation reports.
• Presenting Customer Behavior Analysis
• Analyzing the new needs of the organization and updating the customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Creating New Ideas

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in customer club
● Familiarity with CRM and loyalty programs.
● Proven experience work in CRM / CSM
● Presenting Customer Behavior Analysis in customer club

● Communicate well with customers
