● Inspect the production line according to the line inspection plan.
● Ensure microbiological, chemical, and sensory analytical services or specific services in raw, packed, and finished goods for the factory.
● Ensure that ICP and GLP are implemented in the laboratory.
● Establish a foreign body prevention program.
● Perform daily, and monthly device calibration, and verification.
● Update the quality KPIs.
● Accompany the ISO.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in  Food Science.
● At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance, or quality control.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
● Advance level in English, spoken and written.
● Knowledge of ISO.
