Summary:
We're on the lookout for a dedicated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging these platforms to optimize our marketing campaigns and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking tags using Google Tag Manager.
2. Set up, manage, and optimize Google Analytics 4 properties, ensuring accurate and actionable data capture across our digital platforms.
3. Work closely with the digital marketing team to translate campaign objectives into measurable KPIs.
4. Develop custom tracking solutions to measure user interactions across various digital touchpoints.
5. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
6. Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
7. Stay updated with the latest developments in Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, ensuring our organization maximizes their potential.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tracking requirements and reporting needs.
9. Deliver regular performance reports, offering clear insights and recommendations.
10. Educate the wider team on the benefits and methodologies of tag management and GA4.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1years experience in performance marketing with a demonstrated focus on Google Tag Manager and GA4.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data sets and derive actionable insights.
4. Proficient in tag debugging tools and methodologies.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
6. Familiarity with privacy regulations and best practices related to tracking and data collection.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proactive and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
