Job Overview:

As a Social Media Content Generator and Moderator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's image and maintaining a positive online community. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions, contributing to influencer marketing, and leveraging your skills in content creation software such as Adobe and Canva. In addition, we're looking for someone with good English copywriting skills to craft engaging and persuasive social media messages.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content planning.

Moderation:

• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely responses and addressing inquiries.
• Implement moderation policies to maintain a positive and respectful online community.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or crises to the appropriate teams.

Influencer Marketing:

• Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to identify potential influencers aligned with the brand.
• Assist in the coordination of influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and content collaboration.
• Track and report influencer campaign performance.

Community Engagement:

• Foster community engagement by initiating and participating in conversations.
• Encourage user-generated content and build relationships with followers.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports on social media activities, audience insights, and engagement levels.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Generator and Moderator or similar role.
• Basic understanding or experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2/3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
