Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of weekly, monthly, and periodic reports (operation performance, cost, budget, and capacity)
Cooperation in preparing the annual budget and monitoring it on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Advising and informing managers about issues related to planning, processes, and project progress
Documenting and defining the process, duties, and responsibilities of each team member and announcing it to the relevant official
Perform time measurement and KPI definition for operation processes
Responsible for human resources planning and order processing line balance
Lay out designing and placement of equipment
Defining the process of dividing executive affairs and tasks, predicting time, and scheduling projects.

Job conditions:
At least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering-related fields
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of operations planning or related fields
Proficient in office software, especially Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Work experience in E-commerce and FMCG or Retail is considered an advantage.
