Overview:
As an Assistant to the Head of the International Department at Padidarnet, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international operations. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of the International Department.
Assist in coordinating and managing daily schedules, including arranging meetings, travel itineraries, and managing correspondence.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the Head of International Department.
Assist in the preparation and organization of international events, conferences, and meetings.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of international projects.
Manage and update departmental databases and filing systems.
Prepare reports and presentations on international activities and performance metrics.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in international business or cross-cultural environments.
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive approach
