As a Growth Data Analyst, you will dive deep into marketing data, such as campaigns, analyze large data sets, discover root causes for major problems, design long-term solutions, and execute the whole scope of digital acquisition (both drivers and passengers). The role is highly impact-full with goals that directly impact users’ experience and the bottom line of the business. The ideal candidate will need to be a self-learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
Tasks in detail:
Extracting, auditing, and cleansing data required for decision-making.
Running exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and creating data models.
Generating business insights, and providing practical recommendations.
Designing and developing metrics and dashboards, to improve performance, reduce costs, or make key business decisions.
Producing written documentation to support your work, and generating conclusive reports based on your findings to present to stakeholders.
Planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, and performing experiments (A/B tests) to optimize conversion rates (user funnels).
Monitoring continuously, reporting the performance of the campaigns, and assessing cost and effect (ROI and KPIs).
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
Requirements:
Strong business sense.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with statistical modeling, and analyzing large and complex data sets.
Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially SQL and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
Familiarity with Stata, R, or Python is a plus.
