Job Description
1. Support customers for test new device samples and prepare test report.
2. Provide product training for Distributor and installer, present products with good performance.
3. Keep closely communication with customers and HQ for report.
4. Work with customers to collect product spec and competition information and report.
5. Help customer after-sales services support.
6. Follow up with HQ and customer side for each technical issue till it close and record them in report for weekly update.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Your salary will be determined based on the quality of your interview and your ability.
2. Computing science and engineering or electronic science and engineering related field is a MUST;
3. Provide product training for Distributor and installer, present products with good performance.
4. Keep closely communication with customers and HQ for report.
5. Work with customers to collect product spec and competition information and report.
6. Bachelor degree in engineering, computing, or equivalent; or college degree;
7. Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking
