- Under direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, create and maintain high quality standards in all aspects of daily tasks.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of Quality Standards, Processes and Procedures, to support the sustainable and profitable growth of our business & to follow internal legal & Puratos Group quality standards and policies.

Job Description

• Execute & follow up QA related topics towards Customers, Suppliers, Food Inspection & Auditing Bodies & some related topics with regard to Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products.
• Contribute to the optimization of operational procedures.
• Assist in the resolve customer complaints, Food Quality Incidents in a timely manner utilizing root cause analysis and other continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Conduct internal audits and other verification activities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist with the development and delivery of Food Safety and Quality training for manufacturing and support teams based on legal requirements (refresh trainings, newcomers, interims)
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the HACC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, food safety certificate &integration of that.
• Work closely with Pest Control service provider to prevent and control any pest activity. 
• Other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Quality Assurance Manager
• Participate and act as active member in the change management process. Provide timely input to the team.
• Report results on a frequent base (based on internal Requirements)
• Influencing of all relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, HR, R&D, Sales, …) in order to align all on putting Food Safety & Quality as the most important focus area 

Requirements

- Master’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Food Safety, Food Science 
- At least 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance or Food Safety Expert, preferably in a manufacturing environment under FQMS
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
- Collaborating, communicating effectively & continuously improving
- A team player, creative and flexible 
- Based in Alborz province
