Working with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements on across different level hiring for the firm.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks), database searches, media job postings, target searches and personal networking.
Organizing and conducting behavioral interviews, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing throughout the recruitment cycle.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Job qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related discipline.
Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands.
Minimum 5 years of talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting.
Familiar with applicant-tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skill, plus attention to detail.
Able to multi-task with a positive, can-do attitude; able to flex and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
A team player with pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skill and ability to work independently. And one with a good sense of humor.
