Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Job Description: 

• Working with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements on across different level hiring for the firm.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks), database searches, media job postings, target searches and personal networking.
• Organizing and conducting behavioral interviews, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Job qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related discipline.
• Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands.
• Minimum 5 years of talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting.
• Familiar with  applicant-tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skill, plus attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task with a positive, can-do attitude; able to flex and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• A team player with pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skill and ability to work independently. And one with a good sense of humor.
