Quality Director

Job Description: 

1. Managing, Plan, Codification of Quality Process for API Industries.
2. Quality standards and trends required for the organization's products and processes and ensuring their compliance with industrial standards and relevant rules.
3. Managing and leading the quality team, applying the capabilities and skills needed in the team, determining and applying and monitoring their performance.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services.
5. Providing improvement solutions and implementing continuous activities to improve the quality of the organization's products and processes.
6. Align and cooperation with the product development teams, quality engineering, system analysts and other related teams to ensure the conformity of the quality of products and processes.
7. Evaluation and control of quality and management systems, standards and models, including self-evaluation and internal audit.
8. Cultivation at all organizational levels for organizational excellence and expansion of systemic thinking.

Requirement: 

1. At least 10 years of experience at Pharmaceutical field (API)
2. Master’s degree in chemical or pharmaceutical
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and mentoring the teams.
4. Mastering the requirements and standards of quality control and laboratory
5. Full familiarity with the rules, requirements & principles of documentation
6. Complete mastery of the principles of supervision and management
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
8. Verbal and written proficiency in English.
