As a Creative Graphic Designer at Varsa Agency, you will be at the forefront of our creative efforts, working closely with our clients and our internal team to produce captivating and effective design materials. You'll be responsible for creating visually appealing content that aligns with our clients' branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create eye-catching and compelling visual materials, including logos, social media posts, advertising posters, and brand visual identities.
• Collaborate with clients and the Varsa team to understand project requirements, target audience, and design objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain the agency's competitive edge.
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients, and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
• Ensure that all design work is of high quality and adheres to brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and previous work.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
