Associate HRBP

We are looking for a qualified Associate HR Business Partner to join our team at Snapp Market Pro.
AHRBP will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to retention, as well as resolving employee relations issues, providing HR guidance, and supporting our team's performance and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conflict Management across teams
• Support design and successful implementation of key People Team programs, processes, and tools
• Implement and administer HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through various employee communications
• Administer and evaluate onboarding and off-boarding processes end to end, including recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall experience
• Run and utilize reports and talent dashboards that measure talent efforts and provide predictive analytics for future changes or decisions
• Work closely with the managers, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in HR
• Minimum of 2+ years of human resources generalist experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions
