Job Overview: 

Being responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate application of rebates from and payments to suppliers. This role involves the continuous monitoring of commercial contracts to prevent financial losses and ensure that all discounts and rebates are correctly applied in the books of account.

 
Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Contract Oversight: Review and monitor commercial contracts, focusing on rebates, discounts, and supplier payments.
•  Compliance: Ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and that financial benefits are fully realized.
•  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date database / records of all contracts and related financial transactions.
•  Financial Analysis: Analyze contracts to identify and rectify discrepancies between agreed terms and actual implementation.
•  Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract performance, highlighting any issues or potential areas for improvement.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance team, commercial team and other departments to align contract management with overall financial strategies.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and contract law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Software.
• Having statistical and mathematical intelligence
• Being familiar with SAP is an advantage.
• Proven experience in contract management or a similar role within the retail industry is an advantage.
• Highly Accurate and Detail-Oriented while demonstrates precision and thorough attention to detail while effectively managing multiple tasks concurrently.
