We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fly Today to join our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:
Following the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation, and onboarding.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Conducting HR Interviews (Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.)
Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent interpersonal skills
BA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
