Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Write clear, persuasive, original copy through the various iterations of the project
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field. Master's degree or advanced certifications are a plus.
5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a competitive market.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Creative thinker with a passion for testing and optimizing campaign strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
