Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets. 
  • Develop advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets. 
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. 
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 
  • Write clear, persuasive, original copy through the various iterations of the project 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field. Master's degree or advanced certifications are a plus. 
  • 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a competitive market. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals. 
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. 
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or similar. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for testing and optimizing campaign strategies. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
