Responsibilities:
· Manage all office activities and operations to ensure all administrative affairs are carried out in an efficient manner, including building maintenance, transportation, equipment, and stationary inventory
· Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily operational activities.
· Monitor and analyze operational performance and suggest improvements.
· Maintain and update operational records and reports.
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
· Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
· Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitoring expenses.
· Conduct research and gather data to support operational decisions.
· Organizing internal and external events of the company
· Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural policies and operations
· Supervise all payments related to administrative affairs
· Act as the point of contact for employees regarding complementary health insurance benefits.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related fields
