We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to be responsible for all payroll-related tasks. The Payroll Specialist's responsibilities include calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Finalizing monthly payroll, based on timesheet and changes and release the payroll and bank needed files from Excel.
- Administrating termination process activity accordingly caused by resignation OR dismissal based on DK policy and Iran Labor Law.
- Coordinate with the accounting department and external auditors in preparation of data and materials for annual financial audits
- Preparing the regular and occasional reports of payroll and employee cost
- Follow personnel issues related to payroll and benefit
- Designing payroll & employee benefits to suggest necessary changing for improving the planning
Job Requirements
- At least bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Banking field.
- More than 3 years experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
- Advanced in Microsoft Soft office specially in Excel.
- Experienced and skilled in payroll software specially Rahkran System.
- Payroll, SSO & salary tax knowledge.
- Basic Budgeting Knowledge.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Being able to work under pressure
