Treasury Supervisor (Local Payments)

Job Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible to supervise treasury operations of Iran market within the limits defined in the local policy & procedures and all local payments of the company to suppliers, governmental bodies (customs, excises, rent taxes, CIT taxes, VAT, etc.), and internal ones (like salary, petty cash, expense reports, etc.) based on proper supporting documents while providing necessary communication to relevant stakeholders.

Areas of responsibility:
Local Payments

The position is responsible to supervise treasury operations of Iran market within the limits defined in the local policy & procedures and all local payments of the company to:

- Suppliers
- Governmental bodies (customs, excises, rent taxes, CIT taxes, VAT, etc.)
- Internal payments (like salary, petty cash, expense reports, etc.) based on proper supporting documents while providing necessary communication to relevant stakeholders

Controlling and Reporting:

- Have a close relationship with Treasury and Tax managers for cash management and ad hoc requests
- Booking and calculating bank interest to be sure they are calculated accurately by banks
- Responsible to manage and monitor letters of guaranteed operations taking company credit limits and bank commission rates
- Realize inter-company fund transfers and bank-to-bank transfers according to a cash position
- Have close relationships with banks to follow up on the payments to the suppliers and be updated about any changes in banking regulations/legislation

Candidate profile:

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in finance

Work Experience and Competence:

Minimum seven years’ related 

Languages & Computer Skills:

Advanced English Language Skills
Good knowledge of Rahkaran & Excel
 
Functional Skills:

Detail oriented & highly organized,
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines,
Effective communication skills,
Team player
